By accessing or using MadeFromArt ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Eligibility & accounts
You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use.
Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to violate law, infringe others' intellectual property or privacy rights, generate unlawful or harmful content, harass others, interfere with the Service, scrape or overload systems, or attempt unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
AI-generated content
Outputs depend on your inputs and third-party AI systems; results are not guaranteed and may be imperfect. You represent you have rights to images you upload and that your prompts comply with these Terms. You are responsible for how you use outputs, including ensuring they are appropriate for printing and public display.
Orders & fulfillment
Custom products are produced on demand by fulfillment partners. Prices, shipping timelines, and product specifications are shown at checkout. Because items are personalized, returns may be limited except where required by law or where a product is defective or misprinted. Chargebacks or payment disputes may affect order processing.
Credits & payments
Digital credits and fees are described at purchase. Taxes may apply. Payments are processed by third-party providers subject to their terms.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MADEFROMART AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS (USD $100) OR THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, excluding conflict-of-law rules, except where consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction require otherwise.
